WebSep 21, 2024 · With project collaborators at the University of West Florida, we have been working with the Pensacola and Perdido Bay Estuary Program, the Choctawhatchee Bay Estuary Program, and the St. Andrew and St.Joseph Bay Estuary Program on developing the scientific foundation to frame and achieve their long-term goals. WebState University-Panama City will host the Estuary Program. On July 18, 2024, the BoCC committed 10% of RESTORE Act Direct Component (Pot 1) funds for the establishment of an Estuary Program for the St. Andrew/St. Joe Bay watershed. The County is amending its RESTORE Act Plan and will submit a grant application for these funds.
