WebA packet is just 1's and 0s typically containing data used for whatever transmission is going on. A packet isn't going to tell you "The SSID is XYZ and there's 40 devices". The useless data you saw in wireshark is exactly all there is to it. Nmap also isn't going to tell you this data, though you can sorta leverage it to get close.
